On September 10, 2018, the annual progress inspection on-site meeting of "key technologies and equipment for indoor air pollution control" was successfully held in the Business Center of Building 1 of our company. Maintenance methods for correctly using the three filters of the air compressor

  1、 Maintenance of the intake air filter element  An air filter is a component that filters out air dust and dirt, and the filtered clean air enters the compression chamber of the screw rotor for compression. Due to the internal clearance of the screw machine, only particles within 15u are allowed to filter out. If the air filter element is blocked and damaged, a large amount of particles larger than 15u enter the screw machine for circulation, which not only greatly shortens the service life of the oil filter element and oil fine separation core, but also leads to a large amount of particles directly entering the bearing cavity, accelerating bearing wear, increasing rotor clearance, reducing compression efficiency, and even causing the rotor to dry and bite.  2、 Maintenance of oil filter  After a new machine has been running for 500 hours, the oil core should be replaced. Use a special wrench to reverse rotate the oil filter element and remove it. Before installing the new filter element, add screw oil. Use both hands to screw back the oil filter seat and tighten it firmly. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500 to 2000 hours, and replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the oil. When using in harsh environments, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly prohibited to use the engine oil filter element beyond the deadline. Otherwise, due to severe blockage of the filter element and pressure difference exceeding the tolerance limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will automatically open, and a large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw host with the engine oil, causing serious consequences. The replacement of the diesel engine oil filter element and diesel oil filter element of a diesel screw engine should follow the maintenance requirements of the diesel engine, and the replacement method is similar to the screw oil core.  3、 Maintenance of oil gas separator  The oil gas separator is a component that separates screw lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of the air have a huge impact on its service life. It can be seen that in harsh usage environments, it is necessary to shorten the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element, and even consider installing a front air filter. After exceeding 0.12Mpa, it must be replaced. Otherwise, it may cause motor overload, damage to the oil gas separator, and oil leakage.  Replacement method: Remove the control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas cylinder cover. Remove the return oil pipe that extends into the oil and gas barrel from the cover of the oil and gas barrel, and remove the fastening bolts on the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas tank and remove the oil fine. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt adhering to the upper cover plate. Install a new oil and gas separator, and note that the upper and lower asbestos pads must be stapled with staples. When compressing, the asbestos pads must be neatly arranged, otherwise it may cause impact. Install the upper cover plate, return oil pipe, and control pipes as they are, and check for any leaks.

  The quality and technology supervision bureaus (market supervision and administration departments) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:  In accordance with the provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures for Product Quality Supervision and Spot Check, in 2016, the AQSIQ organized a special national supervision and spot check on air purifier products (hereinafter referred to as "special spot check"). The relevant situation is hereby reported as follows:  1、 Basic information  This time, 61 batches of products produced by 56 enterprises in 8 provinces (cities) were randomly inspected, and 21 items were tested in three aspects: safety indicators, performance indicators, and electromagnetic compatibility indicators. After inspection, 46 batches of products from 42 enterprises were found to be qualified, with a spot check qualification rate of 75.4%. The 15 batches of products produced by 14 enterprises are unqualified, and the detection rate of unqualified products is 24.6%. According to the production scale of enterprises, the number of large, medium, and small enterprises in this spot check accounted for 48.2%, 25%, and 26.8% of the total number of enterprises in the spot check, respectively. The detection rates of unqualified products were 10%, 43.7%, and 33.3%, respectively.  2、 Main features  One is to cover well-known brands. This spot check is a national supervision spot check on air purifiers, covering well-known brand enterprises in the industry, with nearly one fifth of the total number of production enterprises in the country being inspected. In this random inspection, the number of large enterprises accounted for about half of the total number of sampled enterprises, and the product qualification rate of large enterprises reached 90%.  The second is to compare performance indicators. In conjunction with the improvement of consumer product quality, testing and comparison of product performance indicators will be carried out while conducting spot checks. Six core performance indicators, including particulate matter clean air volume (CADR), formaldehyde clean air volume (CADR), particulate matter purification energy efficiency (efficiency), formaldehyde purification energy efficiency (efficiency), cumulative particulate matter purification amount (CCM), and noise, will be tested for all sampled products, and ranked according to individual test values, Guide consumers to make scientific and reasonable product choices.  Thirdly, pay attention to the implementation of the new national standard. Among the 61 batches of products sampled in this inspection, 35 batches of products comply with the new national standard GB/T 18801-2015 "Air Purifiers" implemented on March 1, 2016, accounting for 57.4% of the total number of products sampled. For products that have not implemented the new national standards, their performance indicators shall be determined according to the execution standards and explicit quality requirements of the sampled products.  The fourth is to highlight spot checks on concentrated production areas. This spot check conducted on products from industrial clusters in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, and other regions. The pass rate of product spot checks in both Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces exceeded 85%, while the pass rate of product spot checks in Shanghai and Jiangsu provinces was below the average pass rate level of this spot check.  3、 Analysis of spot check results  In this special spot check, the protection against contact with live parts, input power and current, leakage current and electrical strength at working temperature, moisture resistance, leakage current and electrical strength, stability and mechanical hazards, structure, internal wiring, components, power connections and external flexible wires, grounding measures, radiation toxicity and similar hazards, harmful substance release, particulate matter clean air volume, formaldehyde clean air volume 21 projects, including cumulative purification amount of particulate matter, energy efficiency (efficiency) of particulate matter purification, energy efficiency (efficiency) of formaldehyde purification, noise, continuous disturbance voltage, and continuous disturbance power.  After inspection, the main quality issues of unqualified products involve three aspects: safety indicators, performance indicators, and electromagnetic compatibility indicators, mainly including protection against touching live parts, leakage current and electrical strength at working temperature, leakage current and electrical strength, stability and mechanical hazards, internal wiring, components, power connections, and external flexible cables, particle cleaning clearance, and cumulative purification of particles A total of 13 items, including formaldehyde purification efficiency (purification efficiency), noise, continuous disturbance voltage, and continuous disturbance power, were found to be unqualified.  One issue is the non-compliance of electrical safety projects. One batch of protection against contact with live parts is unqualified, three batches of leakage current and electrical strength at operating temperature are unqualified, one batch of leakage current and electrical strength is unqualified, one batch of stability and mechanical hazards is unqualified, one batch of internal wiring is unqualified, two batches of components are unqualified, and three batches of power connections and external flexible wires are unqualified.  The second issue is the issue of unqualified performance items. There are 2 batches of unqualified clean air volume for particulate matter, 1 batch of unqualified cumulative purification volume for particulate matter, 3 batches of unqualified energy efficiency (efficiency) for formaldehyde purification, and 5 batches of unqualified noise.  The third issue is the non-compliance of electromagnetic compatibility projects, with 8 batches of continuous disturbance voltage and 4 batches of continuous disturbance power.  4、 Job requirements  In view of the problems found in the national supervision and spot check of product quality, the quality and technical supervision departments (market supervision and management departments) of all provinces (regions and cities) should carefully handle the post processing work in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for Product Quality Supervision and Spot Check and other laws and regulations:  (1) For production enterprises with substandard product quality in this random inspection, post-processing work should be carried out in accordance with the law. Order enterprises to stop producing and selling unqualified products in accordance with the law, and supervise the destruction or necessary technical treatment in accordance with relevant regulations.  (2) In response to the outstanding quality issues reflected in this random inspection, such as leakage current and electrical strength at working temperature, formaldehyde purification energy efficiency (efficiency), noise, continuous disturbance voltage, continuous disturbance power, etc., it is necessary to increase the follow-up tracking, supervision and inspection efforts on production enterprises.  (3) Inform the local government and relevant departments of the unqualified products in this spot check, take effective measures to urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility of product quality and safety according to law, guide enterprises to organize production in strict accordance with Standards organization, and effectively maintain product quality and safety.
