1、 Maintenance of the intake air filter element
An air filter is a component that filters out air dust and dirt, and the filtered clean air enters the compression chamber of the screw rotor for compression. Due to the internal clearance of the screw machine, only particles within 15u are allowed to filter out. If the air filter element is blocked and damaged, a large amount of particles larger than 15u enter the screw machine for circulation, which not only greatly shortens the service life of the oil filter element and oil fine separation core, but also leads to a large amount of particles directly entering the bearing cavity, accelerating bearing wear, increasing rotor clearance, reducing compression efficiency, and even causing the rotor to dry and bite.
2、 Maintenance of oil filter
After a new machine has been running for 500 hours, the oil core should be replaced. Use a special wrench to reverse rotate the oil filter element and remove it. Before installing the new filter element, add screw oil. Use both hands to screw back the oil filter seat and tighten it firmly. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500 to 2000 hours, and replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the oil. When using in harsh environments, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly prohibited to use the engine oil filter element beyond the deadline. Otherwise, due to severe blockage of the filter element and pressure difference exceeding the tolerance limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will automatically open, and a large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw host with the engine oil, causing serious consequences. The replacement of the diesel engine oil filter element and diesel oil filter element of a diesel screw engine should follow the maintenance requirements of the diesel engine, and the replacement method is similar to the screw oil core.
3、 Maintenance of oil gas separator
The oil gas separator is a component that separates screw lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration accuracy of the air have a huge impact on its service life. It can be seen that in harsh usage environments, it is necessary to shorten the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element, and even consider installing a front air filter. After exceeding 0.12Mpa, it must be replaced. Otherwise, it may cause motor overload, damage to the oil gas separator, and oil leakage.
Replacement method: Remove the control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas cylinder cover. Remove the return oil pipe that extends into the oil and gas barrel from the cover of the oil and gas barrel, and remove the fastening bolts on the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas tank and remove the oil fine. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt adhering to the upper cover plate. Install a new oil and gas separator, and note that the upper and lower asbestos pads must be stapled with staples. When compressing, the asbestos pads must be neatly arranged, otherwise it may cause impact. Install the upper cover plate, return oil pipe, and control pipes as they are, and check for any leaks.
